Ordering
Call toll-free 1.800.328.3773 (or 952.890.1360 outside our calling area), or email your order to sales@ncebattery.net. You can also fax your order with the necessary payment information to 952.890.1014. All orders received by National Creative Enterprises will be confirmed via email, fax or by phone at your request. Our Customer Service department is open Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm CST.

Scheduled Orders
Orders may be placed with scheduled shipments out as far as 12 months, subject to price change.

Special Orders
Merchandise that is special ordered or is not a standard item may not be returned or cancelled. Retrofit batteries and rebuild batteries are special order.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. For quantities larger than shown in the price list, call 1.800.328.3773 to speak with one of our account representatives for a special quotation. Our prices do not include freight or any federal, state or local taxes or tariffs.

Cash Discount & Terms
Payment terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 days. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted. No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped. An account can be set up – simply fill out the Credit Application. National Creative Enterprises Credit Manager will follow-up with you. Shipments of future orders will be affected by the past due condition of an account. All customers will then be responsible for any and all late fees and/or legal fees.

Freight
We ship most often UPS Ground, but will ship common carrier per your request, keeping size and weight restrictions in mind. We will always try to ship via the most economical means. Airfreight, and other premium freight services are also available. Oversized packages, special order items, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may cost additional.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items for customers residing in states where National Creative Enterprises is located and that do not have a tax exempt resale certificate issued by the respective state. If you are tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax-exempt form to 952.890.1014.

Product Returns

With your satisfaction guaranteed, we will cheerfully make adjustments, issue refunds or credit your account on standard catalog items during the first 30 days after delivery. A Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Simply call 1.952.890.1360 to speak with our Returns Specialist for an RMA number and proper shipping instructions. The RMA number will need to be clearly marked on all packages, and be accompanied by a copy of the original packaging slip. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight charges. This number will streamline all returns, making account reconciliation quicker and easier for everyone. Please have your invoice number available when you place your call. Claims for shortages, incorrect product shipped, and damages from shipments must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Retrofit batteries and rebuild batteries can be sent in for repair within 30 days. There is no credit issued for retrofit batteries and rebuild batteries. Replacement shipments will be sent Ground with the option of upgrade. The customer is responsible for service charges and re-stock fees
